A Payee/Payment Recipient: You can only enter one account in which
to receive payments. Payments to your account cannot be processed
until we verify your account information with your bank. This normally
takes 2 business days. Please take this time to send us your voided
check and registration form. When a Payer/Customer pays you electronically,
your Billsite Page will be updated and you will be notified by e-mail.
This notification indicates that we have already debited the buyers
account and are in the process of crediting your account. This payment
is guaranteed. If you have items to ship, you can do so upon receipt
of this e-mail. Your Billsite Page will indicate 'OK To Ship'.
As
A Payer/Customer: You'll be able to enter as many accounts as
you like, but they cannot be processed until your bank has verified
your account information. This normally takes 2 business days. Further,
you will be limited to payments totaling $500.00 until we receive
your voided check and registration form. Once these "little details"
are taken care of, we can process an electronic debit to your account
in 2 business days and guarantee payment to your Payment Recipient.
You will receive an e-mail when payment transactions are processed
and your Billsite Page will be updated.
**Remember,
you can use this account to both make payments and receive payments.
Your Account Page will automatically register you as a Payer/Payee.
