If you are unsure if they are a current user, just enter their E-Mail address. If it is found in our system, we will process the payment immediately. If not, we will send an E-Mail to them, informing them that you would like to make an online payment to them, and direct them here to sign up and receive your payment. Your payment will not be processed until they sign up.
