What is Billsite?

Billsite is the most comprehensive online ACH transaction site on the web today. It allows users to do billing, record keeping, make payments and even create shipping lists.

Billsite Purpose : What do I use it for?

As a registered user of Billsite, you can both receive and make online ACH payments from anyone who is also a registered user of Billsite. If the other party is not a current user, when creating either a bill or making a payment, we will autogenerate an email to that person (as long as you know their email address), and inform them that you would like to perform an online ACH transaction with them and point them to the way to sign up to Billsite.

Billsite Functions : What does it do?

Registering with Billsite creates your own personal Billsite page where you go when you log in. From here you can :

As a Seller, Merchant, or in any other function for receiving payments (A/R) :

Create a bill and send it to someone buying something from you or owes you money.
Create & design your own templates for your bills or use our own prestyled ones.
Create a shipping list for all of the items that need to be shipped.
Provides extensive recordkeeping of all bills and payments.
E-mail to ask questions, clarify problems, etc.

As a Customer or in any other function for making payments (A/P) :

Pay bills sent to them online through Billsite.
Make simple, quick payments to anyone who is a registered Billsite user, no billing necessary!
Initiate a transaction by creating a bill and send it to someone you want to buy something from (as you might want to do at the end of an auction with an auction seller who has yet to contact you.)
You too can create and design your own bill templates for bills you are initiating.
Keep records of all payments you've made and to whom.
E-mail to ask questions, clarify problems, etc.

Billsite Magic Hyperlink: What is it?

Whenever a registered Billsite User creates a bill, an E-mail is created that is sent to the other party. This E-mail contains our Billsite Magic Hyperlink. Clicking here will allow the recipient to see the bill in just one click. From here, current Billsite users can log in and new users can learn more about Billsite and Sign Up. This speeds up the connection between those awaiting payments and those making payments.
